Our Story

Mike Castro, President of All Building Cleaning Corp., started the business in 1997 in Miami. Before starting the business he managed the janitorial and sanitation services division of Miami Holsum Bakery & Sparkle Clean Inc.

His background and experience in the sanitation department of an industrial food plant opened up the opportunity to start a commercial cleaning business with main focus on QUALITY SERVICE! Mike’s wife Myriam joined the company in 2002 and serves as an assistant. With a background in Education, Accounting and Human Resources, Myriam helps manage daily operations, which includes hiring and training. Kiki Morera is the warehouse and supplies manager and Fabio is the Operations Manager. Kiki works with on-site supervisors and employees to make sure all equipment and supplies for a quality service is met; and Fabio ensures daily specifications are being met to our customers’ satisfaction.

We also have staff supervisors for each facility we are trusted to maintain. Our commitment to our clients is unsurpassed. We truly become your partner and 100% assist you in the maintenance of your investment. We answer every call or email with any concern, big or small, and send someone over your location as soon as possible to take care of your issue.

Crew Members

Mike Castro (CEO): After immigrating from Cuba in 1980, his lifelong aspiration was to become a business owner and make a valuable contribution to Miami's booming economy. His dream was hard-earned—he started as a one-man crew in 1999 when he first launched his company. During the day, he would compose letters and mail postcards, and at night he would rent machines to clean carpets, offices, and wax floors. Since then, the company has expanded to over 75+ workers, providing services to the tri-county area.

Angie Munoz (Customer Happiness Manager): Angie is always on the move, driving to meet with current clients or find new ones along the Miami-Broward corridor. Her primary objective is to ensure that our clients are happy with the services provided by our crews. As a part of the family business, Angie is committed to maintaining our reputation for building long-lasting relationships. When she isn't working, Angie enjoys spending her free time exploring national parks and hiking in the mountains.

Manfred Calderon (Crew Chief): Manfred has been an integral part of our team since 2004. His paramount role involves supervising, educating, and guiding cleaning crews. Manfred is always on-call and ready to take charge at any time of the day. His knowledge and work ethic are unparalleled, making him a reliable and hard-working member of our team.

Yanelis Diaz (Administrative Assistant): We are proud to introduce Yanelis, who has been with our company for three years. Based in our Miami office, Yanelis works closely with Mike, acting as a liaison with account managers, supervisors, and field workers. When she's not hard at work, Yanelis enjoys spending time with her children and baking cakes. We value her contributions immensely!
